Job Summary The AI Evaluator (Agriculture & Farm Operations) applies practical agricultural and farm management expertise to evaluate, validate, and improve AI-generated content related to crop production, livestock management, farm operations, labor coordination, resource planning, and agricultural decision-making. This role ensures AI outputs are accurate, realistic, and aligned with real-world agricultural practices.
As an AI Evaluator, you will review and assess AI-generated responses, scenarios, and operational guidance involving farming, ranching, and agricultural management. You will identify agronomic inaccuracies, operational gaps, labor misalignments, and unrealistic assumptions, providing structured feedback to enhance AI model reliability and usefulness in agricultural contexts. Key responsibilities include: - Evaluating AI-generated content related to crop and livestock operations, farm management, and agricultural planning - Validating the accuracy of agronomic practices, seasonal workflows, and resource utilization - Assessing the realism of farm scenarios, labor coordination, and operational decision-making - Applying structured evaluation rubrics to score AI outputs and recommend improvements - Flagging safety risks, compliance gaps, or impractical farm guidance - Providing expert feedback to support the continuous improvement of AI performance in agricultural settings
- Professional background in agriculture, such as: - Agricultural Technician - Farmer, Rancher, or Agricultural Manager - Farm Labor Contractor - 4+ years of professional experience in agricultural operations, farm management, or labor coordination - Strong understanding of crop production, livestock management, farm equipment, and seasonal planning - Experience working in hands-on farm, ranch, or agricultural operations environments - Ability to critically evaluate operational and technical content and provide structured written feedback - High attention to detail, practical judgment, and safety awareness - Comfortable working remotely and reviewing written or scenario-based agricultural content Preferred (but not required): - Experience with compliance, labor management, or agricultural regulations - Familiarity with farm planning tools, yield tracking, or resource management -Exposure to training, supervision, or agricultural advisory roles - Interest in AI, automation, or digital tools in agriculture
