The AI Evaluator (Transportation Management & Safety) applies operational and safety expertise to evaluate, validate, and improve AI-generated content related to transportation operations, logistics coordination, storage and distribution management, and occupational health and safety practices. This role ensures AI outputs are operationally sound, safety-focused, and aligned with real-world transportation and safety standards.
As an AI Evaluator, you will review and assess AI-generated responses, scenarios, and guidance involving transportation management, distribution operations, and workplace safety. You will identify operational gaps, safety risks, regulatory misalignment, and unrealistic assumptions, providing structured feedback to improve AI model accuracy and reliability in transportation and safety-critical environments. Key responsibilities include: - Evaluating AI-generated content related to transportation operations, storage and distribution, and safety management - Validating accuracy of logistics workflows, risk controls, and safety procedures - Assessing the realism of operational and safety scenarios, including incident prevention and response - Applying structured evaluation rubrics to score AI outputs and recommend improvements - Flagging safety-critical issues, compliance gaps, or misleading operational guidance - Providing expert feedback to support the continuous improvement of AI performance in transportation and safety contexts
- Professional background in transportation, logistics, or safety, such as: - Transportation, Storage, and Distribution Manager - Occupational Health and Safety Technician - 4+ years of professional experience in transportation management, distribution operations, or safety roles - Understanding of logistics coordination, operational workflows, and safety management practices - Experience working in transportation, warehousing, distribution, or safety-regulated environments - Ability to critically evaluate operational and safety content and provide clear, structured written feedback - Attention to detail, risk awareness, and safety-first judgment - Comfortable working remotely and reviewing written, scenario-based, or analytical content Preferred (but not required): - Experience with regulatory compliance, audits, or safety inspections - Familiarity with safety management systems (SMS), OSHA standards, or incident reporting - Exposure to training, supervision, or operational reviews - Interest in AI, automation, or digital tools in transportation and safety Compensation - Per completed evaluation task (rate may vary based on task scope and complexity)
