The AI Evaluator (Business & Administrative Support Operations) applies frontline business and administrative expertise to evaluate, validate, and improve AI-generated content related to customer outreach, data processing, billing, account management, and administrative workflows. This role ensures AI outputs are accurate, compliant, and aligned with real-world business support operations.
As an AI Evaluator, you will review and assess AI-generated responses, scenarios, and operational guidance involving telemarketing interactions, data entry processes, billing communications, and account collection workflows. You will identify data inaccuracies, compliance risks, tone issues, and process gaps, and provide structured feedback to improve AI model performance and appropriateness for business support contexts. Key responsibilities include: - Evaluating AI-generated content related to telemarketing, data entry, billing, and account collection activities - Validating accuracy of data handling, process logic, and record-keeping assumptions - Assessing the realism of customer interactions, outreach scripts, and administrative workflows - Applying structured evaluation rubrics to score AI outputs and recommend improvements - Flagging compliance risks, data errors, or inappropriate customer communication - Providing expert feedback to support the continuous improvement of AI performance in administrative support operations
- Professional background in business or administrative support, such as: - Telemarketer - Data Entry Keyers - Bill and Account Collector - 4+ years of professional experience in administrative support, customer outreach, or billing operations - Strong understanding of data accuracy, customer communication, and administrative workflows - Experience working in customer-facing or back-office business support environments - Ability to critically evaluate process-driven and customer-facing content and provide clear, structured written feedback - High attention to detail, professionalism, and judgment - Comfortable working remotely and reviewing written, scenario-based, or conversational content Preferred (but not required): - Experience with compliance standards, data privacy, or regulated customer communications - Familiarity with CRM, billing systems, or data management tools - Exposure to quality assurance, training, or performance monitoring - Interest in AI, automation, or digital business process tools Compensation Per completed evaluation task (rate may vary based on task scope and complexity)
