The AI Evaluator (Facilities Maintenance & Operations) applies hands-on facilities supervision and operations expertise to evaluate, validate, and improve AI-generated content related to housekeeping, janitorial services, groundskeeping, landscaping operations, scheduling, safety practices, and workforce coordination. This role ensures AI outputs are practical, safe, and aligned with real-world facilities operations.
As an AI Evaluator, you will review and assess AI-generated responses, scenarios, and operational guidance involving facilities maintenance, cleaning operations, landscaping, and grounds management. You will identify workflow gaps, safety concerns, unrealistic assumptions, and supervisory misalignment, and provide structured feedback to improve AI model accuracy and usefulness in facility operations contexts. Key responsibilities include: - Evaluating AI-generated content related to housekeeping, janitorial services, landscaping, and groundskeeping operations - Validating accuracy of task sequencing, staffing assumptions, equipment use, and safety procedures - Assessing the realism of operational scenarios, supervision practices, and workforce coordination - Applying structured evaluation rubrics to score AI outputs and recommend improvements - Flagging safety risks, compliance gaps, or impractical operational guidance - Providing expert feedback to support the continuous improvement of AI performance in facilities maintenance settings
- Professional background in facilities maintenance or operations supervision, such as: - First-Line Supervisor of Housekeeping and Janitorial Workers - First-Line Supervisor of Landscaping, Lawn Service, or Groundskeeping Workers - 4+ years of professional experience supervising facilities, janitorial, or grounds operations - Strong understanding of facilities workflows, staffing coordination, equipment use, and safety practices - Experience managing frontline teams in facilities or grounds environments - Ability to critically evaluate operational and supervisory content and provide clear, structured written feedback - High attention to detail, safety awareness, and supervisory judgment - Comfortable working remotely and reviewing written, scenario-based, or operational content Preferred (but not required): - Experience with safety standards, inspections, or compliance requirements - Familiarity with scheduling, workforce planning, or facilities management systems - Exposure to training, quality assurance, or performance monitoring - Interest in AI, automation, or digital tools in facilities management Compensation Per completed evaluation task (rate may vary based on task scope and complexity)
