We are seeking experienced caregiver support leaders to review and refine guidance materials on family support, respite navigation, and community-based resources. Expertise supporting neurodiverse families and navigating local/state service systems is essential.
- Review caregiver-support content for clarity, accuracy, and practical applicability for families navigating complex care needs. - Validate guidance on respite care, state/local benefits, advocacy organizations, and community resource pathways. - Assess materials covering sensitive family dynamics, burnout prevention, conflict resolution, and caregiver well-being. - Ensure all information reflects real-world practices and accessible support options for neurodiverse households. - Provide concise, constructive expert feedback to maintain a high standard of dataset quality.
- 8+ years of experience as a caregiver support group leader, parent-advocate facilitator, or family-support coordinator. - Deep familiarity with respite care systems, state and local benefits, community programs, advocacy groups, and caregiver- focused supports. - Experience guiding families through emotionally sensitive topics, including burnout, stress management, and intra-family conflict. - Proven ability to support and communicate effectively with neurodiverse families. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to review structured content with clarity and empathy. Contract and Payment Terms - You will be engaged as an independent contractor. - This is a fully remote role that can be completed on your own schedule. - Projects can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance. - Your work at Mercor will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution. - Payments are weekly on Stripe or Wise based on services rendered. - Please note: We are unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates at this time.
