Cenmic Staffing Solutions is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our talent pool as AI Trainers & Evaluators. This role supports the training, evaluation, and improvement of artificial intelligence systems by applying human judgment, critical thinking, and structured feedback. This opportunity is open to students and professionals across disciplines and is ideal for individuals interested in artificial intelligence, education, research, psychology, business, or technology. No prior AI or professional experience is required.
Key Responsibilities AI Training & Evaluation - Review and assess AI-generated responses for clarity, accuracy, reasoning quality, and usefulness - Compare multiple AI outputs and identify the strongest response based on the provided criteria - Apply structured rubrics and guidelines to evaluate AI performance Prompt & Scenario Support - Work with prompts, scenarios, and task instructions designed to guide AI behavior - Help identify where AI responses succeed or fall short of expectations Human Feedback & Quality Improvement - Provide clear, written feedback to help improve AI outputs - Support “human-in-the-loop” processes that refine and enhance AI systems Documentation & Standards - Follow detailed project instructions and quality standards - Document evaluations consistently and accurately - Adhere to data privacy, confidentiality, and ethical AI guidelines
